Brief product description:

FastTrack's local database and the data downloads include all distributions characterized by type: dividends, capital gains, return, of cap, splits, etc. Technical analysis is done with adjusted prices. However, the system will report either adjusted or unadjusted prices, as would appear in back issues of The Wall Street Journal and brokerage statements.

The database has an open architecture supporting a host of 3rd party programs which read FastTrack's databases. There are several royalty-free Windows ActiveX DLL and OCX programs that provide VB, C, Delphi, PB programmers direct access to the distribution-adjusted data and families of funds and stocks. The downloaded data may be exported to a wide variety of formats including MetaStock, Excel, and ASCII Text. Includes one file per issue or multiple issue per file formats. The FastTrack export to MetaStock does an intelligent daily update detecting distributions which require the entire MS data history to be distribution-adjusted.
